I will ask you not to worry about the origin of class 11 topics in class 12 since if you have your concepts well developed in class 11 itself there is no need to constantly memorize the class 11 topics on class 12 all the you should take some gaps

The percentage of top 5 subjects means you should select the best of 5 subjects including your main subject too in case it comes under highest scoring subject .Like if you have 6 subjects , then you must consider top 5 subjects which highest marks and take percentage

              There has nothing about total marks in 12 for eligibility criteria for NEET qualification marks.

  • Eligiblity Criteria for NEET qualifying marks :

You should have got atleast 50% aggregate in your PCB(for general), 40%(for sc/st/Obc), & 45%(for PWD).
So, not even in each subject 50%, you should have
