I failed to appear in my 2017 12th board, appeared next year in 2018 but failed, i again appeared in 2019 and passed with 67% .

Yes you'll be eligible for AIIMS if your aggregate in PCB is more than 60%. Also I don't see any reason for you not being eligible for NEET, you're eligible for NEET as well. As long as you meet the requirements for these entrances, you're eligible to write these exams.

for eligibilty in appearing in JEE Advance,only your 12th passsing year will be seen.

Probably which high rank colleges under DU could I get admission with a percentage of 95.8 in class 12 for B.com Hons.?

Hey,

you have chances of getting in some if the north campus colleges and top colleges with this percentage. Some of them are- daulat ram college, inderprastha college for women, gargi college, Delhi college of arts and commerce, etc.

Since you belong to the Tamilnadu , it is considered to be other state for admission in NIT Pondicherry . For the given you have less chances of getting the course you wanted .

A candidate gets a maximum of two attempts in consecutive years to appear for JEE Advanced.But as you have appeared the advance in 2016 you are entitled to appear it this year.There is no age limit present know ,so you need not worry baout that also.

Hello aspirant,
No you cannot pursue after taking biology , as per eligibility criteria for  Petroleum Engineering candidate  requires a minimum 10+2 qualification in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Maths with high percentage of marks in aggregate.
