MBBS in abroad would be the better option rathar than to repeat NEET. There are thousand of universities which is MCI and WHO registered who helping the international student. In terms of fees it would be cheaper than India.

Priemier bschools have a higher cutoff. However the cutoff for 2019 has not yet been released and the admission and cutoff each year

You can do your career from one of the following list
1. Medical
2. Engineering
3. Science
4. Pharmacy
In Medical there are again subdivisions like MBBS, avervedic, dentistry etc
In engineering you can do B. Tech
