BITS conducts it's own entrance exam known as BITSAT. On the basis of performance in BITSAT only you can get into BITS Pilani, Goa, or Hyderabad. With these marks in 12th you can apply for many other colleges. Some of the college may consider your marks in JEE.

It entirely depends on your inclination ,preferen pr and aptitude. If you want to pursue career in MBA or something related to business BBA would be great option and if you want to pursue career in accounts or bank or financial market related then i would suggest Bcom.

Conversion of CGPA to percentage is done by multiplying total CGPA into 9.5 so reciprocal of this will help you in converting percentage into CGPA.
290 marks out of 500 means you have total 58%.
58% divided by  9.5 will give you your cpga which is 58 / 9.5

91 percentile means about 86,850 rank approx if you are in general or obc catagory the it hard to get nits,may get some other college

1. Apply for NIT's if You Score Between 150-200 or more

                               (or)

2. Take Long-term coaching which helps you learn Basic, Intermediate and advanced concepts and get a good score then apply for NIT's

                               (or)

3. Give EAMCET exam

For CHSL application, in the educational qualification section, you should mention your highest completed qualification. Since you passed 12th in 2013, and you are doing B.Tech from 2015 to 2019, if you have not completed B.Tech yet, write “12th Passed” as your qualification. If you completed B.Tech, then mention B.Tech
