As you have don't have mathematic as a subject in class 12 u r not eligible for DU JAT 2018 as they have completely mentioned in their official website that students should have:\Candidates belonging to the General Category should have an aggregate of minimum 60% in four papers

You can't apply for M.arch directly without doing a graduation course. You can apply for b.arch but not for m.arch.
