Yes, but you will have to deduct 2.5 percent from your actual best of 4 percentage. This is because you want to pursue a subject you didn't have in class 12.

Yes you can go for Sanskrit Hons. As there is no such restriction that you need to study Sanskrit till 10+2 to become eligible for Bachelors in Sanskrit Hons.

After the results are out and before counselling starts, JEE issues the list on its official website of top 20 percentile that will be allowed to be the part of counselling. You can get top 20 percentile for your board there.
