Hey, 

if you are a general category student it is not possible for you to get admission in Delhi University. The minimum percentage required for admission is 90%. Your percentage is quite low and so your chances of getting admission are also less.

you haven't scored enough to get college.

You should take a drop and prepare for the next year.You don't have strong conpects regarding subjects that's why you got such low marks .

Its better not to spoil your life in some private random engineering college.

Yes, you can get BPT. As a student should have minimum 50% marks in each of the physics , Chemistry and biology. Name of few best BPT institutes is Institute for Physically Handicapped, New Delhi, Government Medical College, Nagpur and PGMIER, Chandigarh KEM Hospital, Mumbai etc.

Hi Neerja, as per their official website, the conducting body of ugat exam, AIMA has not mentioned any score eligibility criteria for writting the exam. He should have completed 10+2 exams from a ugc approved institute. Hence he is eligible to apply and appear for the exam. For further doubts,

There is the University of Delhi, New Delhi where you can get admissions directly on the basis of your class 12th boards examinations score. But the cutoffs for the Delhi University colleges are very high above 95 percent for pursuing bachelor's in commerce degree.

There is no fixed method to excel in any examination. 

Every person has their own methods. 

However, there are some recommendations-

1. Read NCERT biology thoroughly and repeatedly. Questions directly come from NCERT books

2. Practice numerical, derivations in physics. Optics,magnetism and nuclear physics are

Sachin i would like to tell you that to get a NIT college for B. Arch and B. Tech degree you need to appear for jee mains exam .There if your rank is under 1000 - 6000 approximately then there are chances to get NIT they need more than 75%
