Yes, you are eligible for IISc. You can do BS,MS, and PhD programs. You have to give KVPY exam to get into IISc.

My son did his 10th from cbse and 11th from rbse but till now his board not migrated in rbse.can he do his 12th from cbse now

Cbse and Rbse are both recognised boards. There is pattern is also close to similar. But according to me 11 and 12th should be done from same board. So if your son has done his 11th from rbse then he should do his 12th from the same board.

You can apply in DTU and NSIT they consider JEE Main marks to provide admission but counseling is held separately through JAC Delhi for eligibility you must have secured at least 60% aggregate marks or more in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics there is relaxation for backward category as well.
