It would be tough to tell you the qualify score or precentile as JEE Main 2019 is being conducted twice in multiple session first time and rank will be based on NTA percentile score. I would suggest you to wait till it officially announced.

Calculating the marks scored by candidate in the JEE Main exam from the percentile score is difficult. JEE Main exam was being conducted in multiple shifts and the raw marks have been converted into percentile scores using the normalization process released by NTA. Expected ranks can be predicted

JEE Main 2019 exam is being conducted twice in January and April and candidates who will appearfor both the exam, their better of the two scores will be considered.
I would suggest you to appear for the JEE Main April exam and aim to score more than 95
