Yes, you are eligible yo give GATE. There is no marks criteria. Your 12th and 10th percentages do not matter. You can appear and write GATEirrespective of the percentages you have in your 10th, 12th or undergraduation.

If the question is marked as dropped then four marks will be given to all the students as grace marks regardless of whether they attempted the question or not.
