If you want to take admission in VSSUT BURLA then your JEE MAINS marks should be 100+ for take admission in good branch. And if you want to take only admission in any branch not by choice then atleast score 85+ marks.

I think, if you have not Delhi domicile then you can not eligible for state quota reservation.
You must have to Delhi domicile for state quota.
