    Hello Shivam,
    If you want a job after just completed B.Tech if you would not selected in campus selection then you can choose CSE.
    MECHANICAL, CIVIL also good brach if you want to do job in govt job and PSUs.
    You have to crack GATE exam.

    It's entirely up to you depending on which subjects you are strong in. If you are strong in physics part like in Newton law's, motions etc then you can go for Mechanical aur automobile. If you are good in electrostatics then consider taking ElectrcaEl or ECE  , and

    If you have a domicile certificate in Maharashtra then you are eligible for the 85% state quota Maharashtra
    if you do not have a domicile then you can only available 15% all India quota seats to avail medical college seats in Maharashtra
