You'll have to score more than 150+ in JEE mains if your from general category and for the 12th you need minimum 45% aggregate and if you have Madhya Pradesh domicile then you'll need 40% aggregate marks.

To get into a reputed b-school you'll surely need to give an entrance exam along with their group discussion and personal interview. If you can do or are willing to do MBA from non reputed b-schools that are okaish , then some of them do provide direct admission
Yes you are eligible to appear for Neet exam because Neet exam does not have any criteria on class 10th marksheet just require class 12th mark that is 50% and you have it but I want to bring in your notice that the registration for NEET has been closed.

College's don't provide such services, you'll have to join another institute that provides civil service coaching. If you don't want this , you can also choose college that have the well versed library that'll provide you with enough materials and books for your preparation purpose.
