You have not mentioned which course you wanted to join after completion of your 12th standard. But still you can join  in B.tech and complete your four years of Bachelor's degree in any of your interested streams or else you can join BBA or you can also go

Yes you are elligible for JEE mains after completing 12th or appearing in 12th from NIOS boards.Candidate who have completed 12th standard with Physics, chemistry and mathematics through NIOS boards are elligible for jee mains.You can get admission in NITs,IITs,CFTIs,IITs after qualifying respective examination.

You first have to clear 12 std with minimum of 50 %. Then apply for TENA.  Crack the exam.

Not at all if you just check biotechnology and bioscience Engineering at various IIT and NIT is the only criteria is to get a decent rank in JEE advanced or jee main and therefore it is not at all mandatory to have Biology subject in class 12th in whitman institutes
