Aqueous KOHKOH is alkaline in nature i.e. it dissociates to produce a hydroxide ion. These hydroxide ions act as a strong nucleophile and replace the halogen atom in an alkyl halide.

No you cannot appear in cpt between class 12 because eligibilty to take cpt is candidates must have passed 10+2 exam from any national state /central board.

After your 12 is finished,you can appear for cpt ,then based on your score you will be selected based on cutoff

No one can join NSG after class 12.
To join NSG one must do graduation .NSG require highly motivated individual.To join NSG a person should be a firstly in a defense ,police,crpf,BSF means in paramilitary.One whoes performance is good in service can apply for this with help of their commanding

For doing engineering, I will suggest you to apply for some local or state government colleges. You will need to appear for JEE and clear it..

If you specifically are focussing on CS, you will have to prepare harder as the cutoff for CS branches go very high.
