You can take admission in any college provided you score sufficient marks in Jee and Advance for IITs. 12th marksheet would be required for counseling purposes , other than that there is no boundations.

The selection will be made on the merit of the candidate based on written test, interview and medical check. Candidates who will be shortlisted in written exam are called for the interview round. After interview, selected candidates will have to appear for medical examination before a Special Medical Board (SMB).

it depends on various factors but most important, international entrance exams for abroad studies include the SAT, MCAT, LSAT,IELTS and the TOEFL. it depends on this majorly while i suggest you take councelling from the abroad consultancy they will give each and every information i would like to suggest
