Yes, you can apply for NDA 2019 exam. As per the eligibility criteria, candidates must be between 16.5 and 19.5 years of age. Candidates having appeared or appearing in class 12 (10+2) examination will be eligible to appear for NDA 2019.

Hii both of these University are best and have better study atmosphere with great placements,but I would suggest Manipal University Bangalore is much better than Hindustan University, Chennai.Restit depend upon you which university you want to choose.Good luck

Jee Mains is the entrance exam for admission into different engineering courses and to get admission in IITs you need to qualify JEE mains with good marks so as to be eligible for JEE Advance and then you must qualify JEE advance also.
