Yes, As per the Rules You must have 75% in aggregate in five subjects, that Includes Physics, Mathematics and others as Mentioned by Yiu, therefore, You satisfy the eligibility criterion. You can take admission into NIT, IIT based upon Your rank in the JEE Main and Advanced.

The eligiblity criteria for NEET is that one should have Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as their core subjects in 11 and 12th std. If you had this subjects then you are eligible for NEET. If not, then you arent because NEETis strictly for medical and dental courses.
