Eligibility for MBA Is 50 percent in graduation , since you have 49.6 it seems a bit difficult to get into MBA. You can contact the college if they have eligibility criteria por not because some MBA Institute dont have such norms.

Yes, you can apply for admission to B.Tech in Naval architecture and engineering or related programmes. All you need to do is refer to the eligibility criteria of the respective programme you are applying to know the minimum marks required in 10+2 and other criteria such as age,
