You must clear your basics first from NCERT books and practice as much as you can. Solve numericals and questions from books like HC VERMA and OP TONDON for Physics and chemistry.Follow a proper timetable and solve previous year's questions to get an idea of pattern.

Actually both are best,
It depends on your preparation level and efforts to clear their respective entrance exams to get the job.You need to make plans to clear their entrance test.If you are interested in accounts and maths then banking job maybe best for you.
