Hi Samyak,
For IIT kanpur, 1st have to appear in JEE MAINS. Then you have to clear it to qualify for JEE ADVANCED. After that you have to rank under 1600 (according to past year cut offs)..

Please let us know for which college you nees cutoffs as Mahatma Gandhi College has bene present in several cities with similar names. For MGM colleges in Maharashtra you shall approximately nees 60% marks as minimum.

You can apply for VITEEE 2019 in both online and offline. You need to pay ₹1200/- in order to fill the form! For offline application you need to fill the OMR sheet with prescribed details and post it to the University address. For online appication you can apply

Yes you canbe eligible for NEET exam if you have PCB as subject. However going for redo or second attempt in 12th is probably not possible if you passall subjects. College authorities might not allow you to do so.

You nees to check with college authorities regarding such policies.
