Almost all top University shall need students from BCA/Bsc IT students background for MCacourses. For 12th minimum 50% shall be must and hence good chances of eligibility . 

However this willvary depending on college protocol and eligibility  Criteria.

You should read NCERT books of Physics, Chemistry & Biology of class 11th & 12th at least 5 times. You should also try to solve the previous years

Hello Raj ,thanks for asking this question on this platform.as from 2019 JEE will be conducted by National testing agency (NTA) twice in one year .and any student can appear for either in any phase or in both phases because the overall AIR will be made on one's best score

Candidates who have completed 12th from recognised University are only eligible . Candidates must have registered with Board of Studies on ICAI. 

Students in 12th grade appearing shall not be eligible

Cutoff for IIT is based on Jee Advanced marks. Minimum 75%aggregate marks in 12th is must to be eligible.

Cutoff for all IIT under ST Category and Home State/Other State based quotas below.
