What's your opinion should I take GMC ratlam or a drop I'm from Mp belong to OBC and it's my first attempt with 12th I secured 501 marks

Hello Priyal, its totally upto what you feel as a student should be the right decision for your career and in no way should anyone influence this decision.
If you feel that you can get better NEET scores and get into a better college by dropping a year, then go ahead.
However on a different note, GMC ratlam is a very good medical college, and will definitely shape your medical career in the best ways possible.

Although it's your first attempt but in my opinion you should not miss your chance. You should definitely take admission in any Government medical college which you are getting. If you are getting GMC RATLAM that too without taking a drop then you should definitely take it. There's nothing than better than getting a medical college in your first attempt.
It's only because you cannot guarantee what will happen next year.
