I will suggest you the colleges with the colleges that you will get with management quota because you did not mention any rank etc. You can try for colleges like VIT, SATYHABAMA, Gitam, SRM etc. (I am not advertiser to these) If you have more conditions on selection

            Not at all. You can avail state quota in two ways.

• Either you're staying in a state for more than 10 years
• Or your permanent address belongs to that state

Someone can not get domicile of two states.
