My iitjee advance rank is 18143 and jee mains percentile is 97.66 and 85.2 percent in 12th so can I able to get iit or nit and which branch

With this rank you cannot get IITs but you can get into one of the NITs.
NIT Delhi-EC Branch is possible. You have to wait till last rounds of counselling.
NIT Durgapur-EC Branch,ME
