Ramesh,

Not at all. You can avail state quota in two ways.

Either you're staying in a state for more than 10 years
Or your permanent address belongs to that state

Someone can not get domicile of two states.

So if I have my permanent address of maharastra but completed my 12from Karnataka can I available the quota from maharastra
