For marine engineering you have to get 60% at least in 12th standard with PCM and you need to score 50+ in English either in 10 or 12.

You may take admission in BSc if you have passed 12th with atleast 50% and had maths as a compulsory subject in 11th and 12th.

You can apply in colleges near you and if you are working then there are many night schools and long distance study institutes

Hello reader, 

Sorry your aren't eligible for any sort of reimbursement until the college you are looking for is giving some scholarships for your good academic performance. 

Also it depends on the Telangana government schemes for providing scholarship for good academic performance as you have mentioned its a government school.

No, the ranks that you have been alloted are not your final ranks, these are just the ranks based on your entrance test scores. Your admission will be based after giving 50% weightage to your entrance test marks and 50% weightage to your 12th boards exams marks. Also

You should know that state domicile is not depends on which State you studied . It depends on that from where you can produce residence certificate . For proof of domicile only residence certificate is required . Hope you understand .

Unless and until you are a top scorer in class 12th (top 10 or nearby), the education board does not tell us the rank usually. You might get to know if you're in top 0.1% students or not.

Hi Pinky,

In my knowledge, your birth state won't affect your counseling. You just need to be sure that You have the residential proof (AADHAR, Voter ID, Rashan card) of the state counseling you are applying for, and you should have the domicile certificate as well.
