2. NEET 2019 Result/Rank Letter
3. Birth Certificate
4. Class X Certificate
5. Class XII Certificate
6. Class XII Marksheet
7. 8 passports sized photographs (Same as the one affixed on the application form)
8. Provisional Allotment letter generated online
9. Proof of Identity
10. Category Certificate (if applicable)

• You Should also keep your portfolio and work this process with your parents just in case of counter-measures.
