Hi aspirant.
If the cutoff marks will exceed your limit the ln there are impossible chances that you will get the seat.
So  try to attempt any written test to passs the entrance and get admission in the college.

If I am in top 20% in 2019 exam for 12th but have >75% can I get admission in NIT/IIT in 2020 if I take a drop or will I have to get 75%?

To get admission in NIT or IIT you have to either have atleast 75 percent marks in class 12 or be in the top 20 percentile of your board. Since you fulfill one of these conditions, you can get admission in NIT orIIT of your choice and do

State quota requires the proof of your state domicile. And as you have mentioned about your valid HP domicile certificate, so you can definitely apply for 85% state domicile quota for HP. You can however, also apply for AIQ counseling by registering yourself.

If I took a year drop for iitjee after 12th and then did 3years Bsc, would I get considered as 10+2+3 students.

Hi Shashwat.

Yes, you would be considered as a 10+2+3 student. It doesn't matter how many years you've dropped as long as your age is less than the maximum age prescribed for the course. You should also have a minimum of 55% in all subjects of your graduation.
