You can get a decent college in Delhi University with this marks.
Rest depends on the cutoff 2019. It also depends on the college and course you are opting for. If you belong to any category like Sc/ ST/OBC then chances are higher to get a good college.

Yes, you are qualified for taking admission in any NIT or IIITs.
