As per your rank mentioned in AEEE it is possible to get CSE in Coimbatore campus. Last year cutoff for home state for cse under state category is 13801. So, on 12616 rank it will be possible to get admission in CSE respectively.

for SC category the minimum aggregate in 10+2(12th) must be 45% or above.
so to be on the safer side you should score at least 60% or above.
