Yes you are eligible to take JEE mains. But that would not prove to be very beneficial because you are not eligible for NITs IIITs GFTIs. So once you qualify JEE mains no matter how good you score there you will not be able to get a seat
Yes dear, there are 3 attempts for JEE Mains, thus if have filled JEE form in 2017 & 18 then you have left with one more attempt, but you can't appear for JEE Advance.
