Dear Nupur, you haven't mentioned the State you belong to. Cut offs vary from State to State. In States like Assam, West Bengal with this score.you have fair chances. But not in States like UP, Tamilnadu and Delhi. So  if you can hekp us with the State you are looking

The JIPMER syllabus has 12th Physics and Chemistry. But not only that. Apart from this it also contains Biology, English language and Comprehesion as well as Logic and Quantitative Reasoning. There is negative marking for wrong answers.
