As the cutoff for the student belongs to pwd was 0 this year. That's why you don't need to worry about that, you will definitely get a good state level government college.Also you can apply for NIT and IIT college also.If there,seats would be available in PWD reservation,

Well the score is a bit low but still you can opt for your own state counselling for BUMS colleges where you will have fair and a bit advantaged chance of getting a seat. State quota has reserved seats for state domiciled students. So, you have good option there.

89 percentile in JEE Main would not give you any government college, neither will you get a good private college. You can get direct admission in local private colleges since your 12th standard percentage is good.
