WWe know that x² >= 0 for all x€R 

Therefore 1+x²>= 1 for all x€R

Thus  the denominator is always greater than the numerator.  i. e.  1+x²>x² so, 

x²÷(1+x²) is always less than 1.Also,  It is never equal to 1.

You are not eligibl to write JEE ADVANCED 2019 as you failed to full fill the minimum percentage criteria in 12 th exams which is atleast 75% for general/OBC. but don't feel demotivated
