Dear candidate please refer to the books that you get in English or Hindi language, you can get online NCERT books whole. Not chapters in different pdf, that doesn't make difference. If you want online book, you can Google it and get it on various site. You can also get it here:

Yes it is mandatory to have chemistry in your 12th, As per the new eligibility for B.Tech course in LPU, you should have PCM in your previous qualification. I am saying this because I did CSE from LPU.
