CLAT 2020 ,my all India rank 10604 , admission LLB 3 year course we got college
Hello aspirant,
As you mentioned that your rank in CLAT 2020 is 10604 and you belong to general category (I am assuming as you did not specify it) . According to this, these details you don't have a chance of getting into any of the law colleges through CLAT according to the previous year's cutoff trend -
What is Common Law Admission Test or CLAT?
The full form of CLAT is Common Law Admission Test. It is a national-level law entrance exam conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLU. There are 22 national law universities that participate in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). However, the CLAT scores are also used by more than 70 law schools for admissions to various UG and PG law programmes. CLAT is conducted for both undergraduate and postgraduate law admissions. The CLAT UG is conducted for admissions to 5-year integrated law programmes whereas the CLAT PG is conducted for admissions to LLM programmes offered by the colleges. Note that, CLAT is not conducted for admissions to 3-year LLB programme.
Mode of Counselling: Online
Candidates who qualify in the computer based, online, centre based exam are called for attending the CLAT counselling which is conducted in ONLINE mode. For appearing in the CLAT 2020 counselling, all eligible candidates will be issued CLAT 2020 counselling call letters in online mode. The consortium is inviting candidates equivalent to FIVE times the seat intake in each category for the counselling process.
Eligible candidates need to register for counselling, wherein they have to select / edit NLU preferences and pay the counselling fee of Rs. 50,000.
The allotment of CLAT seats will be made basis the merit rank of the candidate and NLU preference selected. The Consortium has released the:
Round I CLAT seat allotment result for Round II was declared on October 11; seat allotment result for Round I was released on October 9
The CLAT seat allotment 2020 result for THIRD and final round has been declared on October 14
Post Round III seat allotment, the candidate has TWO options before him:
Accept the allotted seat
Exit the admission process.
Note that Upgrade option was available for only Round I and II.

Hi,
Chances of Getting NLU Mumbai is a bit low based on your rank, however there is a chance that in subsequent rounds of counselling you might get a lower NLU. You can also apply to some private universities and state universities that are accepting CLAT scores like IPU, NIMS, Bennet university etc.
My CLAT 2020 AIR is 10265 and my women category rank is 5051. Can I hope for any NLU? If any?
Hey Atika!
As per your Women Category rank, you might have a chance in NLU Jabalpur as their closing rank is 6147 in round 2.
Best of luck!
my all india sc rank in clat 2020 is 1583 while i get any nlu
Hello student
There are 21NLU in India. For candidates choice of get admission there he has to to appear in UG CLAT.
CLAT i.e. common law admission Test conducted by NLUs authority is taken out of 150 questions of multiple choice.
In in which candidate has to get at least 120/100. But the difficulty level is high then n80/100 marks is needed for candidates own choice of NLU for undergraduate law courses.
Previous years closing rank in in different 21 NLU was 1092 at least.
If the previous closing rank rank in nlus is is based for 2020 admission in UG law then there is little chance for you to take admission in in any of the 21 NLUS of your choice.
To know more a to click on the official website of theNLUs authority.

What is a good score in CLAT 2020?
In 2020, the highest score was 127.25 and the good score ranges between 60-127 in CLAT 2020. However, 100-105 is a good score in CLAT 2023 for admission to top-ranked NLUs.
How much do we need to score in clat 2020 to get into Banglore, NLU?
Hi
NLSIU bangalore offers 92 seats for general category candidates. To get into top 5 NLUS you have to score a rank less than 470
According to 3rd round of CAP(post clat) 2019
Third List
NLU Highest Rank Lowest Rank
Bangalore 1 58
Hyderabad 59 128
Kolkata 130 226
Jodhpur 181 354
Bhopal 256 376
Gandhinagar 301 468
Mumbai 449 512
If you are aiming to get a seat in NLSIU Bangalore, you will have to work super hard, nothing is enough. You will have to score atleast 100 out of 150 to get a proper chance.
a general category candidate will have to score at least 92 marks to secure a seat in NLSIU Bangalore. Whereas, SC candidates can get seat in the same institute with 71.50 marks. It is hard to predict the actual score you need to get as the cutoff depends on how hard the clat paper is
Best of luck. Hope you get the admission
