In the second list, the closing cutoff rank for an SC Category candidate is 11884 in HPNLU Shimla. Both your category rank and AIR are considered for admission in an NLU. There is a very less likely chance that in the third list as well, the cutoff might dip to 34991. However, you can consider NLUJAA Guwahati as there, the cutoff rank in the second list is 31022, so in the third list, if there are vacant seats left, the cutoff might actually fit your rank.
Wait patiently for the third list but do keep a track of other institutes as well to keep your options open.

Considering the variations in last year cutoff and this year score you can expect 70% accurate prediction. So you cant be reliable on the CLAT predictor.
