There are a couple of colleges which offer a MSC in reproductive biology and clinical embryology:

Yes you can do and opt for embryology at PhD level, for that you need to be atleast post graduate in life sciences along with PhD entrance exam. So after BPharm you can do MPharm and then you can study PhD in embryology.
