yes you can take clinical psychologist course after completing 10+2 with science or maths . but to become a psychologist complete your bachelors degree in B.A or BSc then you can pursue your specialization  in this course by doing masters degree  in it and for more information you can go with this link .

You need to pursue M.Phil In Clinical Psychology to be a Clinical Psychologist. You may pursue M.Phil Clinical Psychology just after your Master in Psychology. no matter you have MA Psychology / MA Applied Psychology / MSc Psychology / MSc Applied Psychology or with other specialization like Clinical and Child. You can pursue M.Phil in Clinical Psychology.

To be a registered Clinical Psychologist in India one must do an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology. A Masters Degree is not enough.

If you want to start your own practice then you will need to register with the rehabilitation council of India (RCI) as a clinical psychologist.
