I got two colleges Nit meghalaya and Tezpur University in counseling through GATE. Which college will better for pursuing Mtech in CSE?

iamnikhilreddy02 Student Expert 27th Jun, 2019

Dear Aspirant,

I understand your concern and I am here to help you regarding your question !!

Basically, Tezpur university is far better than NIT Meghalaya because, it all aspects it's pretty good and NIT Meghalaya doesn't even have good infrastructure and placements too. Tezpur university is nowhere comparable to the top NIT's also. For CSE, i would personally recommend you to choose Tezpur university as it gives more exposure to industry and research works. It also has very good faculty and the computer labs were very well established and maintained. Tezpur university has got finite research environment and it's the best choice.

Hope this helps you !!

Good luck ahead !

Whats the difference between Btech and BE

Aishwarya Bafna 20th Apr, 2019

Hey Amrita,

Some of the key differences between the two courses are:

B.E. is considered as knowledge-oriented course. B. Tech is considered as skill-oriented course.

In India, duration of both the courses is 4 years

Both courses follow semester pattern, with 2 semesters per year and a total of 8 semesters in 4 years

Orientation and approach of both the courses may be different but if we closely look into the course content then they are more or less the same.

ome of the frequently asked questions among engineering aspirants are:

Q. Which degree is superior, B.E. or B. Tech. in terms of job scope and future?

Ans: Both degrees have equal recognition with equal scope and future. More precisely, it’s your college and branch that matters.

Q. If two colleges holds equal status, then what should I prefer, B.E. or B. Tech?

Ans: If a student is interested in research-oriented work and wants to pursue higher studies then B.E. may be preferred over B. Tech. However, in the present situation analysis shows that course content is almost same but the approach may be different.

Conclusion: To sum up, in the present scenario, there is no considerable difference between B.E. and B. Tech. and no degree is superior over the other. It is the college and the branch that matters. While taking admission one must select a college or university which has better infrastructure, faculty, campus placement, and the course is approved by AICTE and UGC.

Hope it helps! Comment Down if you have any other queries... Goodluck!

Which college is best for this

Chavvi Agarwal 14th Jul, 2022

I signed up for an online course in Cloud Computing and SysOps Program. NIIT was my first choice despite the fact that there were many others. This programme will provide you with the world-class training and skills you need to be successful in the field of Cloud Computing. Create virtual machines and virtual private networks (VPNs) and learn how to build and operate GitOps repositories for Kubernetes-based environments. You'll also get practical experience with Linux and Python. It's time to take your career in Cloud Computing to the next level by learning new and advanced programming methods. Students who successfully finish the Cloud Computing course will get certifications from the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT). These credentials will be used to verify your knowledge of Cloud Computing.

Which institution is providing cloud technologies

Chavvi Agarwal 16th Jul, 2022

Cloud Computing is a complex field that requires more than free internet resources. Only an in-depth course would offer you a greater grasp, according to my judgement. You may do an online Cloud Computing and SysOps Program if you are interested. The National Institute of Information Technology, Amity Online are just a few examples of respected institutes offering online training. Because of their stellar reputation, NIIT is my personal pick.

My sister signed up for the class, and it turned out to be a wise choice. In-class projects and case studies from industry partners were used to teach her cloud computing skills. The training is backed by a promise of employment! It is because of their partnerships with well-known firms that they can guarantee successful placements at the highest CTCs.

Which college I should join for this

Farzeen Khatri 16th Jul, 2022

Cloud computing is becoming more important in light of the present situation. To learn more about it, there are several online resources available, including Coursera and Udemy as well as recognised colleges like Amity Online and NIIT.
In spite of NIIT's relatively young age in the online education market, the institution's lengthy and storied history is evident in its brand and reputation. They have a superb reputation in part because they respond to the unique needs of their target audience. My cousin has recently completed an online Cloud Computing and SysOps Program. Many of his lectures captured my attention and prompted me to ponder a variety of issues. It didn't matter whether they were in a regular classroom or a virtual one. In all, the lecturers' knowledge covers a broad variety of topics. The cherry on top is the assurance of a job after completion of the programme. To further one's education, students often begin at the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT).
