We estimate that an overall attempt of around 86 - 88 attempts with around 90% accuracy ( net score of around 310) would fetch around 99 percentile. Attempts of around 80-82 questions with around 90% accuracy (net score of around 285) should fetch around 95 percentile. Attempts of around 74-76 questions with around 90% accuracy (net score of around 265 ) should fetch around 90 percentile.

1st of all, the percentile system is different that percentage system. Percentile system depends on the aspirant who scored highest marks, and keeping his percentile as base every other aspirant receives his percentile. Hence cut off of every college differs every year. depending upon total number of aspirants, highest scorer, number of seats, difficulty level.
If we take previous year records scores the cutoff has been nearly 176-208 for MS University.
So a score in greater than this will help you to have more chance of college conversion. also you have General EWS category so that will further help you.

There is no provision to get admission in IGNOU in MBA through CMAT score. The admission is based on OPENMAT merit. So you have to appear in IGNOU OPENMAT to get admission in IGNOU. You must have passed graduation in any discipline with 50% marks or its equivalent CGPA, for reserved categories it is 45% marks or its equivalent CGPA from a recognized board.

Going by previous years' analysis, the minimum percentile or the cutoff percentile in CMAT for Pune University Department of Management Sciences, was 96.42 percentile or Minimum 262 marks. Now we don't know what will be the cutoff this year. It can go low or high as depends on various factors. As you got 241 marks in CMAT, you can understand, you have very slight chances.
