yes you will be able to get the seat in that autonomus college once get in touch with college adminmistration staff and verify the eligibility regarding the ncc based allotment.

as per the past records this college took the intakes on ncc based students.

While allotting the TS EAMCET ranks, 75% weightage will be given to TS EAMCET 2019 normalized marks and 25% weightage to the marks secured in the relevant group subjects namely Mathematics or Biology, Physics, Chemistry of the qualifying examination.

CSE is such a branch that you can easily track all the semesters very easily compared other but IT is similar to CSE.

The point here is in deciding colleges.

CSE in CMRCET  is quite good but you need to take the decision regarding the factors like student environment, faculty etc.  

CMRCET and GRIET have similar placement record and they both invited many companies.
