In terms of education both colleges are good but cmrcet is slightly better than iare in terms of placement and other facilities.in cmrcet many top companies are coming every year for recruiting students and it's infrastructure is also good and provides good academic facilities.so that you have to go for it.

CMR college of engineering Hyderabad takes admission through EAMCET . 70%seats are filled through EAMCET and 30%seats are filled through management quota. As you have secured 71%with pcm in 12th ,you are eligible to get admission in this college.
