So firstly it would be better to decide the branch and then go for college
The average package is around 5-6 lakhs for both the Colleges .

JSSATE, Bangalore and CMRIT, Bangalore are both quite similar in their infrastructure. They have huge libraries, laboratories, cafeteria, Wi-Fi enabled campus, gym, etc,.
Both the Colleges accept COMEDK UGET, KCET and the latter also accept JEE Mains. The total Fee Structure in the former Rs. 2.35 lakhs and in the latter is Rs. 20 lakhs.
The placement in CMRIT is good when compared to that of JSSATE. The Median Salary in JSSATE is Rs. 3.20 lakhs/year and in CMRIT is Rs. 3.5 lakhs/year.
Extra-curricular Activities are encouraged equally in both the colleges!

As per the placements bmsit stands at a good rank as the average placement is around 8-10 lakhs whereas in other two colleges it is around 5 lakhs

As you prefer CSE, Cmr Institute of Technology has better placements especially in IT and CS department.B.E Cse in JSS Academy of Technical Education has lower fees as compared to cmr.Both are private owned institutions.Both have good infrastructure and better facilities such as library, hostel etc.Now I will give you a better outlook on both campuses based on their median package offered-

i did lots of research and read reviews but if i say in terms of CSE branch than more vote goes to RNSIT over CMRIT.
In terms of placements, faculties, practical knowledge all are good in RNSIT as it is one of the top accredited college in Bengaluru.

As per the reviews of students who are currently studying in CMR Institute of Technology or who have passed out, it is a decent college in all aspects either it is placements or infrastructure or faculty performance and so on. If we talk about placements then the average package offered in the college till date is around 4-6 Lakh per annum and highest package was offered for 21 Lakhs per annum. Infrastructure of college is also good, all necessary facilities like Laboratories, Classrooms and so on are available there.
As you got selected for CSE in this college then you will have bright future in this college if you do hard work and proper studies.

You asked for the comparison between IARE & CMRIT.
Look, according to me, CMRIT is much much better than IARE. 1st of all in academics. Faculties are too good & infrastructure, library facilities are too good also.
For placement, CMRIT is better. 80-90% in cse dept are placed in different good it companies with the average package of 4.5 lpa. Highest package is around 18 lpa. Tcs, cts, wipro, l n t infotech etc are top recruiters.
