Unfortunately Delhi University do not provides or offers any integrated civils coaching. If you want to do coaching for civil services you have to take coaching from a good IAS coaching institute academy. But any university in Delhi do not revise coaching with the normal degree.

I am sorry to tell you that since you have very low score you have very low chances of getting NIT not even in spot rounds. NITs, IIITs , GFTIs have quite large cutoff than your score. Please apply for private colleges like colleges in Orissa, Bangalore etc

Yes you have good chance for admission in this course in BHU, Varansi. If you have applied successfully through BHUonline portal then your counselling schedule will be sent to you once counselling committee fix schedule for this course. Counselling and admission schedule is still not fixed
