As your rank in cusat cat 2019 is 5.7k ,with this rank and as you category is OBC ,you can definitely apply to any branch of Cochin campus.
For you it will be more easy to get IT branch in kuttanad, Cochin campus.But you also apply for other branch.Keep a hawk- eye on updates.
But can't say much about Integrated M.sc as it started from last year onward.As previous year rank admitted for Integrated M.sc was 1380 for general category..
So may be there are clear chances for OBC category with rank of 2.5k ..

Chance is there. Just wait for the counselling if everything go well, you can get what you want. and if we see the previous years cutoff then the cutoff do fall down till 6800. so be patient and wait for the counselling date to come.

As your rank is 4763 in cusat cat 2019 .you can definitely apply as the cut-off trends are for cusat cat ( general category ) is closes by 6800.
But may you can apply in cusat ernakulam only for IT which require 4793 as closing rank..
.for other branch in cusat ernakulam may it will difficult...
But you can easily apply for cochin kuttanad branch for almost all engineering branch
