Cusat is a good college..Bt it depends on which branch you want to choose..CS,Safety nd fire,it branches have good placements..Whereas mech,civil, electrical placements are very bad.you hv to switch to a it company..If you want to take placement in these branches…nd if you are a north indian then college life will be so good as compared to other colleges…

Hey Vikram , There is no comparison between both the exams. Both the exams land you into one of the top engineering colleges if you have scored well . As far as the entrance exam question paper is concerned , WBJEE is tougher than CUSAT as the former is highly based upon concepts . If you have a good grip over the concepts , then both are of same level.

Considering your rank and the previous year cutoffs , you can surely get a seat in CUSAT in any of the branches you want , be it CS , IT  or any else.
