I would advise you to kindly keep other private colleges as a backup such as VIT Vellore, SRM University, Manipal University, BITS Pilani.

Hello Candidate
YES you can submit the laminated certificate in the admissions process don't worry.
the college will accept your certificate
Yes , though original certificates when Laminated are legally valid one should not laminate the same as by the process of laminating the same one is basically tampering with the originality of the same.
Strictly speaking originals ought to be kept as they were received by a person. Lamination can spoil the original document as heat is used during the process of lamination which can cause harm to the writing borne by the certificate and in some circumstances does even caste suspicion on the originality of the document.
I would recommend that in order to keep the originals safe and free from moisture one can place them in plastic paper envelopes which one usually finds in clip files.
The plastic of these sheet envelopes protects the certificate from moisture, spilling of liquids and stops the ageing of the certificate which is the basic point in view when one opts for lamination of the same.
One can easily take out the original from the envelope to prove its originality and void any tampering of the same.
hope this is helpful

If you did not take admission through the counselling process then the fee is refunded to you but some amount of money gets deducted as the charges.
