You may apply for admission but it depends on the eligibility criteria for the given Institute. Few Institutes accepts only if the candidate has passed in the qualifying examination with requisite minimum marks in the first attempt. For such Institutes you might not be eligible. If there is no such criteria then you can apply for admission even if you are appearing for improvement in four subjects but you have to obtain the passing certificate on or before the specified date by the institute and you must also score the requisite marks as mentioned in the eligibility criteria for admission in a particular institute. BCom or Bachelor of Commerce course is a three-year UG degree course recognised by the Universities Grants Commission (UGC).

Direct admission for BCom course takes place without any entrance exams. Students are admitted on the basis of their marks in class 12 boards exams.

Candidate should have studied Commerce in Class 11th and 12th with some compulsory subjects including Accountancy, Business Studies, Maths/optional subject, and/ or Economics.

Both the colleges are good but I believe SRKR is a much better institute compared to Vishnu Institute of Technology, as far as IT is concerned. Besides being a much older institute being established in the 1980s, the Institute has excellent infrastructure, faculty and provides effective engineering education on lines of JNTU Kakinada. However, you have bleak placements.

I would advise you to prepare for GATE Exam, in your final year and hence move to higher technical institutes like Top IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani as well as Top State Engineering Colleges for better career scope and prospects.
